About IndexGrid
We built IndexGrid because the infrastructure to deserve AI retrieval did not exist.
IndexGrid was founded by the team that built ARIA and PIQO for India's live commerce ecosystem. We spent two years watching brands lose discoverability — not because they had inferior products, but because the infrastructure to make those products retrievable by AI systems did not exist. We built that infrastructure. Then we made it available to every brand.
What we built first
ARIA and PIQO for live commerce
Before IndexGrid, we built ARIA and PIQO specifically for India's live commerce ecosystem — for the Instagram sellers, WhatsApp commerce brands, and D2C platforms that needed to be indexed, understood, and retrieved by AI systems handling millions of queries per day.
The infrastructure worked. Brands using it saw Retrieval Share of Voice grow from single digits to 30–40% in 90 days. Benchmark data they published became the citation source that AI engines drew from when answering questions about their categories. We realised the infrastructure was more valuable than the platform we had built it for.
Why we went global
The problem is not specific to India
Every brand, in every category, in every market is navigating the same transition: from a world where visibility meant ranking on page one, to a world where visibility means being cited by AI systems that now answer questions directly.
The infrastructure we built is category-agnostic and market-agnostic. ARIA monitors any search and AI engine. PIQO structures any product for any AI retrieval context. The governance philosophy — human control, no auto-deployment, data integrity above all — applies everywhere.
What we stand for
Data integrity above growth
We will not publish a fabricated statistic to make a report look more impressive. Ever. Our data is our credibility and our credibility is our product.
Human control over automation
We built ARIA to automate the work — not the decisions. Every content change requires a human approval. This is not a feature. It is a founding principle.
Earned authority over manufactured signals
We do not game AI systems. We build the genuine infrastructure that makes brands worth citing. The distinction matters — and it compounds.
